Our client is seekinga Temporary Financial Services Administrator to join their busy financial services team in Taunton. This is initially on a temporary basis to cover whilst they recruit on a permanent basis, starting at the beginning of May. This role is to assist with administration duties as required, responding to requests and queries by the financial advisors and clients promptly, you will be required to take an active role in meetings and discussion, be well motivated and take ownership of your own time. You must have prior experience to work in a similar environment with excellent working knowledge of financial services software, Temporary Financial Services Administrator Key Knowledge & Behaviours · Planning and organisation. · Self-motivation. · Flexibility and adaptability. · Excellent client service. · Working knowledge of financial services software · Familiarity and an understanding of the relevant statutory compliance issues affecting the Firm including, GDPR, Money Laundering and the Health and Safety at Work Act. · Professional, personable, presentable, and punctual. · Basic technical knowledge of Client products. · Organised, accurate, and able to plan the use of time efficiently. · Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with Advisors, clients, team members and colleagues. · Excellent communication skills. Ideally full time (37 hours per week) however there is some flexbility to consider part time for the right candidate.
