We are an integral part of the Public Health Team, passionate about preventing ill health and addressing health inequalities in our communities across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
Main duties of the job
* Provide high-quality diary management and responsive administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
* Coordinate meetings and training events, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and monitor subsequent actions.
* Ensure excellent efficiency and communication, contributing to the smooth running of all aspects of service delivery, leadership, and governance.
* Manage incoming correspondence and emails, exercising independent judgment to initiate appropriate action.
* Work collaboratively with partners to resolve complex enquiries using your excellent communication skills and diplomacy.
