They're?excited to recruit for this role and appoint a 12-month fixed term contract Business Analyst to join their ambitious transformation programme, Fit for Future. What you'll be doing The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements, supporting project and change initiatives through analysis. Youll gather and analyse data, develop business process models, and propose technical and process solutions. The role acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of solutions aligned with business goals. Additionally, youll identify opportunities for process improvements and provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems. More about you. What can you bring? You will be educated to degree level or qualified by equivalent experience. Proven experience in business analysis across the full project lifecycle is required and youll have experience of user / customer-centred service design,business process modelling, documentation tools, and have the ability to propose technical and process solutions. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, BPMN) is essential and youll have strong analytical & problem solving skills. An excellent communicator, youll have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience gained from a Housing Associationwould be preferable. When and where you'll be doing it You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of £56,500 per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
