You will be the key contact between local authorities, HM Land Registry and our suppliers, liaising with stakeholders. You will lead on difficult discussions, be confident handling objections with an ability to convey complex and sensitive information and support local authority staff through cultural and process changes before, during and after migration, ensuring that change is managed well. You will also be responsible for preparing local authorities and other originating authorities in readiness for migration by engaging with key stakeholders and driving improvements in their local land charges data. Information about the Local Land Charges Programme can be found at: LLC programme details Job description Facilitate engagement with relevant stakeholders in local authorities and other originating authorities in support of Programme objectives Lead local land charges service migration through collaboration with local authority personnel, internal colleagues and suppliers to deliver key engagement, migration and change activities to agreed timelines Build and maintain relationships with a range of local authority stakeholders to improve their readiness for migration including objection-handling and presenting information Mobilise subject matter expertise at critical points to enable efficient data transfer Manage risks and issues using Programme governance tools seeking practical solutions to mitigate Facilitate local authorities through the holistic change using industry standard and bespoke change management tools to support people and process change Capture and share lessons learned in pursuit of continuous improvement and benefits realisation Work at pace to a set of changing priorities and/or requirements Engage with other originating authorities when affected by the migration of a local authority Please note that you will need to be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and this role requires regular travel to other HM Land Registry offices and local authorities that may include overnight stays, often at short notice. Person specification To be successful in your application for this role, you will have a proven background in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal colleagues, across all levels, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
