You will drive “data excellence” in the product team, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and personal organization. You will use the platforms NetSuite for PO creation and management as well as Retraced to supply traceability data for Digital Product Passports. You will assist the teams in sample management for photoshoots and wholesale, create pricing and competitive studies and reports to assist the Buyers in range building and range architecture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set up & creation of purchase orders and sending to respective vendors (stock and non-stock POs). This includes stock adjustment due to change of mode of transport or inventory discrepancies in the system Barcode upload (all categories) into NetSuite and sending its requirements to suppliers. Support Buying & Sourcing team in inputting correct duty rate, HSS code and updating freight cost for seasonal costing exercise in timely manner into the range plans and systems. Support buying team in chasing and updating weekly information from vendors regarding bulk production start times for our on-time delivery & launch reports (Weekly WIP reporting) Fielding product related questions from other departments – product process check in meeting etc. Support the Buying team with sample management (Photoshoot sample – order and chase in, Chase SMS samples) Uploading seasonal data into PLM for PIF creation. Managing the data for our new traceability platform; Retraced. Including all the admin & PO data uploads. Support team with Data Management - downloading trade reports, maintaining range plans, change logs, sign off prep, B&M monthly trade prep, lessons learnt documents, fabric liability sheets. Supporting team with competitive pricing and positioning studies for Buying team and wider team. Check shipping documentations and update the system accordingly, in a timely manner (Packing list / invoices vs. PO to monitor shipment accuracy from factories) Work with Logistics team to troubleshoot discrepancies in goods-in quantities and make updates in Netsuite Any ad hoc task as directed by Buyer Requirements WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE Relevant aspiration and interest in fashion/apparel and desire to grow within a buying team A strong commitment to learning about the key skills, deliverables and challenges of a face-paced buying team, and to delivering continuous improvement Proficiency in Microsoft Excel A drive for excellence and attention to detail Enthusiasm and positivity A calm and persistent attitude towards problem solving and troubleshooting.
