Job Description: As a Teaching Assistant for all key stages, your responsibilities will include: Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, primary, and secondary settings. Working one-on-one or with small groups of students to reinforce learning and provide targeted support. Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behavior. Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN, to ensure they can access the curriculum effectively. Preparing and organizing resources to enhance classroom learning. Providing feedback to teachers on student progress and participation. Creating a safe and welcoming environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to thrive. Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent). Experience working across different key stages (preferred but not essential). A strong understanding of the national curriculum and age-appropriate strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children and young people. An understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
