Key Responsibilities:
* Collect essential details from teams across various regions to support project milestones.
* Organise and facilitate activities globally, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
* Create clear updates and summaries for stakeholders to track project developments.
* Maintain accuracy in shared files and systems by regularly verifying information.
* Motivate regional teams to achieve objectives and meet project timelines.
About you:
* At least one year of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
* Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, including Teams.
