Payroll Administrator (Hybrid) - Luton - GBP28000 p.a
Are you an experienced payroll professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a Payroll Administrator who can hit the ground running and confidently handle high-volume payroll processing.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Ability to manually calculate payslips
2. Strong knowledge of SSP and statutory payments
3. End-to-end payroll processing experience
4. Experience managing high-volume payroll within tight deadlines
5. Solid understanding of payroll legislation
6. Ability to work independently and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls (High Volumes)
2. Managing starters, leavers, and payroll changes
3. Administering Company Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay schemes
4. Processing payroll deductions and ensuring accurate payments
5. Producing payslips and payroll reports
6. Ensuring payroll records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
7. Conducting control checks to maintain payroll accuracy
8. Responding to payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders
