We have recruiting a HR Lead/Advisor to work in oursupportive general practice environment/
Working as an HR Lead/ Advisor, supported by ourexperienced practice management team, we are looking for an energisedindividual who will be excited to join us. The focus of the role will be tohave an immediate and positive impact within our two site organisation, beingvisible and accessible as a key member of the management team.
This role can be based at Rosedale Surgery orKirkley Mill Surgery, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone with good overallEmployee Relations knowledge and proven experience of focusing on puttingpeople before process with the ability to build strong relationships and beadaptable in your approach is essential. You will prioritise wellbeing,compassion and inclusion of our colleagues. Championing best practice,adherence with employment law, our values and mission statement.
We want someone who can gather and understandintelligence, specifically focusing on absence and performance management, aswell as get involved in wider HR related project work, and to help coach ourleaders in supporting our staff. Communication is key. We are looking forsomeone who can communicate professionally with a wide spectrum of people toachieve the best outcome.
However most importantly and in keeping with ourvalues, we are looking for someone who has exceptional people and influencingskills as this role requires you to convey difficult decisions whilst having tomaintain professional relationships.

We are looking for a CIPD qualified candidate who:
Has previous experience ofproviding advice and support to leaders and staff on a wide range of HRoperational issues, including formal casework, interpreting and applying theirknowledge of employment law.
Is comfortable interpreting and working with data, to develop understanding and insight, informing solutions.
Will act as a role model both within the organisation and externally.
Is able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with key stakeholders to improve our patient and staff experience.
Jobresponsibilities
To provide aneffective and professional workforce function; advising on a range ofoperational workforce issues and using judgement and initiative to interpretand apply policies appropriately.
To developand maintain good partnerships with managers to enable them to make informeddecisions about workforce issues and to achieve common shared goals.
To work inpartnership with the practice partners to support the implementation oforganisation change, workforce programmes and policies to enable theorganisation to achieve its strategic objectives and increase workforceproductivity.

Qualifications
Essential
1. Level 5 CIPD qualified or part CIPD qualified and willing to work towards Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development with equivalent and recent level of knowledge and experience.
