Role overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and strategic content leader to head up our in-house content team. This hands-on role is critical to driving performance and shaping our content strategy.
With an agency background and a proven track record of career progression, you’ll bring a passion for delivering impactful content and achieving results—without the pressure of client acquisition or new business development. You’ll lead a team of three content managers, delivering against KPIs across our brand portfolio, pushing creative boundaries, and building best-in-class content strategies—while enjoying the journey along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, support, and develop a team of three content managers to deliver against KPIs and personal objectives.
* Collaborate with the Head of Brand to define and execute the overarching content strategy.
* Oversee content planning, execution, and performance measurement across all relevant channels.
* Co-create social media guidelines with the brand team, covering tone of voice, visual identity, and aesthetic.
* Own and manage the email strategy, including content creation and database management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and influencers to produce credible and engaging content.
* Stay attuned to audience preferences—what they engage with, who they follow, and which platforms they use—and integrate these insights into your strategy.
* Monitor and report on content performance monthly, using data to inform ongoing improvements and validate ROI.
* Manage spend in line with approved budgets, following all internal purchase order processes.
* Support content creation and coordination for PR activities—both editorial and advertorial—in partnership with the brand manager.
About you:
* Experience in a strategic content role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
* A creative communicator with a passion for high-quality, impactful content.
* Deep understanding of multi-channel content marketing—across both digital and traditional platforms.
* High energy, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
* Proven experience managing and developing teams.
