As this is a community post, you must be able to travel to patients homes across the county - Due to the rurality of Lincolnshire some areas are not well covered by public transport therefore having access to transport is essential. A full UK driving licence is essential for this post. As you will be working with patient's in their own environment there will be times when you will be exposed to unpredictable situations this may include unsanitary conditions, bodily fluids and/or distressing situations/scenarios The service works through the hours of 8:00am to 20.00pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year An induction programme for all new staff will be included. We also offer a robust preceptorship and clinical skills programme with an experienced clinical education team. This provides peer support in addition to the requisite training required to fulfil the role to its true potential.
