The Role:
National Care Employer of the Year, ROC Group are looking for full-time Support Workers to join our service for care leavers aged 16 – 17. As a Support Worker, you will provide additional supervision and support to help young people into independence and help them to acquire essential life skills i.e., understanding benefits, budgeting, cooking, and accessing education or training.
Pay Rate:
£25,041.60 per annum. Plus, sleep in allowance at £50 per night.
Shift information:
Full-time - Flexible working, with some evenings and weekends. The service runs 24/7 on a three-week rolling Rota basis.

Essential Requirements:
1. A driving licence and access to a vehicle
2. Previous experience of working with children and young people or have applicable life experience
3. A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (Children) or equivalent (or willingness to work towards)
