Overview: YorCyberSec are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Apprentice who is eager to take the first step in their career, working in a fast-paced industry and tackling it with fresh ideas. You will jump straight into providing vital support and gain exposure to the various marketing disciplines. Full training will be provided and there will be a real emphasis on your development and growth within the company. Salary: £18,500 per annum. Duties: Providing support with digital marketing activities in areas such as data input, social media, email creation and analysis. Supporting in all day-to-day marketing tasks such as ordering print, helping with events and aiding with copywriting and website updates (WordPress). Design, edit and proof key marketing collateral to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and messaging is consistent across the board. Conducting regular market and competitor research across the full marketing mix. Recommendations for our own marketing communications where appropriate. Additional marketing support as and when required by the team. This is a remote-based role. YorCyberSec run events in Manchester & Leeds you will be able to attend, plan & support. Desirable skills: Reasonable working knowledge of social media platforms and CMS (WordPress). Good written and oral communications skills / Confident communicator. Basic understanding of digital platforms. Personal qualities: Have a positive & optimistic attitude to work. Good organisation and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Team player. Entry requirements: 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
