Description
The Developer Link are working with a Health & Wellness Start-Up looking to bring on board a Marketing Manager.
We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact. This role has the potential to progress into a Head of/Leader position, offering the opportunity to build and lead a team as we continue to grow.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support the company's growth objectives
* Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
* Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube platforms.
* Build a social media presence from scratch, focusing on influencer marketing and engagement.
* Oversee email marketing and PPC campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition
Requirements:
* Proven experience in launching or scaling brands through social media, with a track record of successful aggressive launches that are highly visible online
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
* Proficiency in micro and macro influencer marketing.
* Ideally, a candidate with a strong interest in health or wellness brands
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
* Strong analytical and project management skills
Additional information:
* The company website will go live in September, with the product expected to launch by the end of the year. Video content is currently in production.
* Remote work for the first 6-12 months, with monthly in-person meetups near Maidenhead.
