Requirements of the role
You will bring strong leadership skills and business acumen to this role. We will help you develop your skills in Audiology through the Audiology Practitioner role. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care, and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a Customer Service Expert/Retailer who prides themselves on their delivery of excellence, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and is keen to build rapport with their team and the local community.
Development for role
To fulfill this role, you will be required to complete the Audiology Practitioner course within 12 months. This means you will be a non-registered trained clinician able to work under the delegated authority and supervision of a named Hearing-Aid Dispenser, undertaking a range of clinical activities along the audiology customer pathway.
