Our manufacturing client based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire is a global provider of high-performance solutions are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis whilst the company recruit for a permanent team member.

Responsibilities:
-Maintaining accurate records; allocating cash receipts against invoices, issue of customer statements and invoices
-Collection of amounts due from customers on a timely basis
-Processing of credit notes
-Checking customers credit eligibility and inputting into the approval process.
-Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions
-Implementing changes in the companys credit control system
-Weekly payroll processing
-Support preparation of monthly management accounts
-Prepare and submit weekly sales reporting
-Daily bank reconciliations
Hours - Monday Thursday 8.30am -5pm &Friday 8.30am 4pm (39 hours per week)
Salary Up to £17 per hour
