Our client is a £75M turnover manufacturing and design brand with B2B sales in the UK, EMEA, APAC and the US serving corporate, architecture, education, developer and healthcare clients. As Creative and Brand marketing lead, you will have full responsibility for brand and creative marketing activity in a B2B sales and product-led environment in both a strategic and operational capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and be the guardian for brand guidelines ensuring consistent brand look and tone of voice across website, print, key digital channels, showrooms, events and product launches.
* Work collaboratively with product and sales teams to engage existing clients and to increase new business through improved brand awareness.
* Commission and oversee photo, video and editorial content production.
* Devise and manage marketing calendar.
* Review and improve existing website.
* Plan and activate marketing for product and showroom launches.
* Engage with online communities, podcasts and thought leaders in the design ecosystem.
* Support sales teams for trade events.
* Manage direction of agency resource.
* Measure and learn from the results of brand activity reporting to SMT and Group on a regular basis.
* P&L management.
* Manage a small internal team.
Ideal Experience and Skills
* B2B marketing background.
* A portfolio of work showing a clear flair for turning intellectual depth into sales narratives.
* Editorial and production skills applicable to traditional and digital media.
* An ability to subtly educate and build trust around brand and marketing strategy in a sales-led culture.
* International experience.
* Track record of promoting sustainability.
* Sector knowledge of built environment and/or design.
