The Opportunity Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to be a key player in their London team. You'll lead the mechanical design on prestigious large-scale residential and hotel developments across the UK and internationally, working with some of the most respected names in architecture and property. What You'll Be Doing Leading the mechanical design of high-value, high-impact residential and hospitality projects. Collaborating with top-tier engineers, architects, and sustainability experts to deliver integrated, future-ready building systems. Producing cutting-edge mechanical designs and calculations using tools like Revit, IES, and Hevacomp. Acting as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings and design reviews. Conducting site visits to ensure quality and progress align with vision and standards. Mentoring junior engineers, helping shape the next generation of design talent. Staying ahead of industry trends, new tech, and sustainable design innovations. What We're Looking For A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent). Strong UK experience working on large residential developments hospitality project exposure is a major plus. Proficiency with Revit, IES, Hevacomp, and a passion for smart, sustainable design. Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and CIBSE standards. A natural communicator and collaborator with leadership energy and a detail-driven mindset.
