Facilities Co-ordinator - Bath Summary We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Bath Portfolio in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. We're currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2025. What it's like to work here You'll be working as part of the busy Facilities and Business Services team, providing efficient and effective facilities management across a wide range of buildings and infrastructure within the Bath Portfolio. Primarily based at Dyrham Park, but also supporting Prior Park, the Bath Skyline and Bathampton Meadows when needed. The main day to day focus will be supporting the operational management of compliance, infrastructure and building maintenance, including contractor management in line with appropriate CDM requirements. Additionally, supporting fire safety, emergency planning and procedures, security, health and safety and risk management in general. You'll be reporting to the Senior Facilities Co-ordinator. The role will generally be 9 am to 5 pm. However, on occasion, there will be requirement to work outside of these hours, e.g. if a contractor needs to start at 8 am, or occasionally weekends or bank holidays if required. What you'll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that the Bath Portfolio operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the portfolio team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car park infrastructure).
