About the Role:
We're looking for an SRMA Programme Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering our School Resource Management Adviser (SRMA) services to schools and trusts. As the SRMA Programme Coordinator, you'll oversee the smooth operation of our SRMA programme. From coordinating deployments to liaising with the Department for Education (DfE), your work will directly contribute to improving resource management in schools and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
Programme Coordination:
* Schedule and oversee SRMA deployments to schools and trusts, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client needs.
* Track programme milestones, outcomes, and progress to ensure quality and efficiency.
* Provide SRMAs with the tools and resources they need for success.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Act as the primary contact for schools, trusts, and the DfE, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the SRMA Programme Lead and Quality Assurance.
Support and Development:
* Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for SRMAs.
* Provide logistical support, such as arranging travel and accommodation.
* Organise CPD opportunities, including training sessions and webinars.
Data & Reporting:
* Collect, analyse, and report on programme performance metrics.
* Ensure all reporting to internal stakeholders and the DfE is accurate and timely.
Process Improvement:
* Identify opportunities to enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.
