Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead the daily operations of its successful IREF service business.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring IREF technicians, managing budgets, and driving operational efficiency in an Industrial Refrigeration environment. You will also be expected to lead a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional service, leveraging your technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Refrigeration, including experience in a leadership or managerial role. You will need to be able to manage, influence, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a team of IREF technicians to deliver exceptional service
* Coaching and mentoring technicians to improve their skills and performance
* Managing budgets and driving operational efficiency
* Leading multiple priorities simultaneously, leaning on your excellent planning, organisation and sales skills
* Mapping the customer network, understanding the full organisation and defining a tailored account plan
