An award-winning Special Educational Needs (SEN) school group is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join their outstanding team at their Kidderminster site. The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored and engaging lessons to primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, they will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and personal development.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a primary setting
* A strong understanding of a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties
* Ability to differentiate lessons and use a creative approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
