Role Overview
We're seeking a passionate and results-driven New Business Account Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for:
* Generating new leads: Identify and pursue potential customers through proactive outreach (calls, emails).
* Onboarding new clients: Guide customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations and training.
* Building strong relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring their success with Erudus.
* Product expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
* Collaborating with teams: Work closely with sales, operations, and development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, with a focus on relationship building.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with web-based software.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* A self-starter with a positive attitude.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Experience with Apple computers and Google G Suite is a plus.
