Part-Time Receptionist Your new company Hays Business Support are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised temporary Receptionist located in Birstall. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your new role This role is a temporary role to start at the beginning of December up until February 2025. The working hours required are Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm. Responsibilities for the role include: Receive and greet visitors to the building, issuing visitor identification badges and directing them to their required location To receive incoming administrative calls during office hours and ensure that they are processed, including the transferring of calls To distribute incoming correspondence and communications in accordance with agreed procedures To maintain a safe and clean reception desk and area To carry out a variety of administrative tasks and duties commensurate with the role To carry out Data input to update and maintain information What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience working as a receptionist as well as having basic ICT skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel. You must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
