Job Description Location: Nelson Salary: DOE Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours) We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technology Engineer to join our team in the Mobile/Telematics department. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our telematics and mobile customers, ensuring seamless service and technical expertise throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities: • Provide general technical support to telematics and mobile customers. • Record all data and time accurately in the CRM system. • Deliver pre-sales technical support, including webinars and on-site demonstrations. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer service. • Conduct post-sales customer training and support via webinars or on-site visits. • Liaise with external providers to coordinate specialist support. • Share best practices with customers and discuss product portfolios effectively. • Support sales order processing, including contract creation and dispatch. • Load-balance tasks across team members and ensure smooth departmental operations. • Maintain client accounts and proactively identify areas for improvement. • Complete training courses and ad hoc projects as assigned. • Produce timely reports and share updates with team members.
