As a benefits specialist at Blue Yonder, you'll be part of a team looking after associate benefits in 15 countries across EMEA. As an important member of the team, responsibilities will include:
* Administering and managing EMEA benefits across EMEA.
* Invoicing.
* Becoming a subject matter expert on benefits matters and supporting the BYCare team with benefit queries.
* Point of contact for vendors and brokers on day-to-day plan matters and annual renewal cycles.
* Legacy company car fleet management across 5 countries.
* Keeping up to date with legislative requirements and ensuring points of compliance are met.
* Collaborating effectively with the wider associate success team, payroll, and finance teams.
* Continuing efforts to streamline processes and suggesting and adopting automation where possible.
* Managing benefits projects.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience working in employee benefits and with vendors/brokers. The ideal candidate would have EMEA-wide experience; however, we would consider candidates with a strong background in UK or German benefits.
You will need to be curious, proactive, and able to give examples of when you have had to problem-solve and provide evidence of end-to-end benefits projects.
Experience with Workday HR would be a benefit but is not essential.
Ability to manipulate data in Excel, with a strong level of understanding.
Vendor and renewal management would be a distinct advantage.
German language skills would be an asset in this role.
