Main duties of the job The Workflow Administrators are responsible for scanning all incoming correspondence into patient records accurately and promptly, maintaining organised scanning processes, and assigning industry-recognised codes in compliance with clinical coding guidelines. They collaborate with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and doctors inside and outside of the practice to ensure data accuracy and use systems like Docman to code and file medical records, letters, and reports. They also ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information, adhering to the Data Protection Act and Caldicott guidelines.
