Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business goals. Lead and manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture. Oversee and enhance reward systems to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Collaborate with senior leaders to influence organisational strategy and drive performance. Ensure HR policies and practices support the needs of a large, complex organisation. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in HR leadership roles within large organisations. Expertise in employee relations, rewards, and strategic HR planning. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership and drive business-aligned HR initiatives.
