Role: Deputy Home Manager
Location: Marsh Farm, Swindon
Rate of pay: Up to £36,500 per annum
Working pattern: 42 hours weekly
We have an amazing opportunity here at Marsh Farm to recruit a Deputy Home Manager who will work alongside the Home Manager and another Deputy Home Manager. Marsh Farm is one of Anchor’s newest residential care homes based in Royal Wootton Bassett with a CQC rating of Good set near Jubilee Lake, which is an area of ancient woodlands and flower-rich meadows.
You will be either an experienced Team Leader primarily in leadership/management looking for your next career move or a Deputy Home Manager who has an understanding of a care setting and the needs of older people.
This role will give you the opportunity to use your management skills to ensure that a high level of quality care is delivered, using your knowledge in the safeguarding of vulnerable adults and regular audits and inspections of our 66 bed residential care home.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused, committed to delivering exceptional, high-quality care and has a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
* You will be required to hold a minimum of Level 3 Health & Social care
* Great knowledge within the residential care sector
* Managerial/leadership experience
We do operate an on-call system which you would be required to be a part of. The on-call rota is flexible & will be discussed at interview. Arrangements will be made between yourself & the registered manager on successful offer of this post.
