We are looking for a full-time, Level 3 qualified Room Leader to join our Bright Horizons Countess of Chester Nursery.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education
* Ensuring the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities indoors and outdoors
* Planning and delivering rich learning opportunities to help children develop and meet their milestones
* Developing strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, carers, and other professionals to meet individual needs
* Promoting and ensuring child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
* Maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment with colleagues
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, or Educator
* Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
* Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
