We are looking for a Repairs Planner to join the team of a well established organisation in the Birmingham area, on a temporary basis. This role is offering a great opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company whilst working in a friendly team.
Repairs Planner
Monday to Friday/ 35 hours
£15-18ph paid weekly via umbrella
Birmingham based
Temporary basis
As a Repairs Planner, you will be in charge of:
Scheduling out out of hour and reactive maintenance work
Liaising with tenants regarding work orders
Managing engineers diaries and allocating work
Dealing with fleet vehicles and transport
Raising purchase orders and ensuring accuracy To be succesful as a Repairs Planner, you will need:
Previous experience in a similar role ( Repairs scheduler/ ppm coordinator/ works planner/ service delivery coordinator etc)
Ability to liaise with contractors and tenants
