Regional Sales Manager Plumbing Valves & Fittings
This role is responsible for managing sales teams across a defined region, focusing on plumbing valves and fittings. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in managing independent merchants, plumbers' merchants, main contractors, and M&E contractors. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with these customers, identifying opportunities for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
* Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
* Maintain strong relationships with key customers, including independent merchants, plumbers' merchants, main contractors, and M&E contractors
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plumbing industry
* Strong business development skills, with a focus on relationship-building and customer engagement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Strong understanding of the plumbing industry, including market trends and competitor activity
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
