Our client are looking for a Servicing Adviser to look after and carry out the servicing reviews for their clients, complying with policies and regulatory requirements. To build and maintaining client relationships, understanding the client’s specific financial goals. This role will also involve working closely with the principle adviser to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: To hold client’s meetings to update them on the performance of their portfolio, meetings will be face to face at their home, our office or by video call Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan Determine clients’ expenses, level of income, protection coverage, their financial objectives and goals, tax status and risk tolerance Answer clients’ questions and address concerns Give advice to clients about protection coverage, investment planning, cash management or any other areas in order to help them reach their financial goals To compile the post review outcome letter Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service Continuous development of a client bank and maximising opportunities ensuring profitable relationships are built Requirements: Experienced or Chartered Financial Adviser with 1 years experience Valid Driving Licence Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success Good time-management skills Highly self-motivated with the ability to offer excellent financial advice Able to work in a team environment Benefits: Death in Service Income Protection Pension Full home set up, laptop and VOIP phone
