Customer Service Administrator
Up to £25,000 DOE
Full time – Permanent
East Kent
Our client, a value led, family-run company, have an exciting opening for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for Customer Service and a real drive to make a difference within a thriving and inclusive team.
Duties will include:
* Handle inbound telephone calls and promptly respond to email inquiries in a professional manner.
* Stay updated on services and procedures relevant to your role to provide informed assistance.
* Provide a high standard of service to customers and clients, demonstrating expert knowledge and a friendly demeanor.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions and communications.
* Resolve conflicts and challenging situations effectively and with empathy.
* Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments for resolution.
* Accurately upload documents and data to a CRM system, input data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and other systems as needed.
* Communicate effectively with external clients’ other relevant parties via phone and email.
* Work towards achieving and exceeding KPIs .
* Assist operations staff in conducting audits to ensure adherence to quality standards .
A successful candidate will have/be:
* Proven experience in customer service, order management, or operations coordination.
* Strong proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
