Hours
* Mon-Fri: 9am to 5.30 pm
The role of Receptionist:
* Act as first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors
* Process incoming/outgoing mail
* Action and prioritize task requests in admin support and customer care inboxes
* Coordinate and schedule inspection/repair visits with clients and contractors
* Provide assistance in coordination and preparation of client information/welcome packs
* Typing and reformatting tasks
* Boardroom bookings
* Meeting room setup
* Accommodation and travel bookings
* Meeting arrangements
* Data inputting
The ideal Receptionist:
* Proficiency with all products in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
* Customer-oriented attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivation and a high work rate with the ability to work on own initiative and think on your feet
