They are looking for an Entry Level Product Administrator to support with license conception through to product execution, managing all internal and external communications within license agreements.

Key Responsibilities
· Create and maintain the sample, packaging tracker and production approval status.
· Log all upload approvals from portals on tracker.
· Responsible for chasing samples for clubs who require sample approval.
· Attend meetings with Production/Operations, assist in managing the critical path.
· Ensure all materials, trims, fabric, colours, prints trims and labelling are all correct/acceptable before sending for approval and /or bulk approval.
· Establish and own strong working relationships with key licensors.
· Attend key meeting, in person on Teams where required.
· Manage and maintain samples from the factory, sending out and storing internally.
· Effectively communicate comments from the club to either the design team and/or factory.
· Create, manage, and own the license grid and inform the wider business to be able to use the tool effectively.
· Manage keeping copies of all contracts and amendments, regarding changes in product licenses.
