Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and be proficient in the use of both power and hand tools. This role involves carrying out routine electrical safety inspections and PAT testing across 20-30 sites in the west-east Midlands area. The role also includes some maintenance on other sites across the UK.
Duties
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify faults or issues.
* Use power tools and hand tools effectively to perform tasks related to wiring, lighting, and circuit installations.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their electrical needs.
Qualifications
* 18th edition regs
* Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
* Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
* Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are preferred but not mandatory.
* A valid driver's licence may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: £18.00-£21.84 per hour
