(Based on the 2024 Insurance Times eTrading Report) A bit about the job: As a Digital Lead Product Owner within the Aviva SME Commercial Digital Design and Change Team, you will be responsible for developing the digital products offered by our SME business. You will provide valuable insights and influence our digital ambitions, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and optimise product performance. You will oversee the implementation of both large and small changes to these products, manage a team of direct reports, and collaborate closely with other Aviva teams. Skills and experience we're looking for: Proven leadership and communication skills. Experienced in managing and delivering change, leading project teams/workstreams towards common goals and objectives whilst managing diverse work items and changing timelines. Skilled in managing projects related to system, product, and process changes for the benefit of users and end customers. Essential experience or knowledge in Broker 'Electronic Trading'. Underwriting experience in Commercial Business Insurance is advantageous but not required.
