Catch 22 are working with a large scale logistics employer who are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead a team in delivering high cleaning standards across a large commercial estate on the outskirts of Leeds. You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and frontline staff
2. Ensure health & safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence
3. Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies
4. Improve processes and working methods
5. Deliver excellent customer service and team performance
Ideal Applicant:
1. Strong leadership and people management skills
2. Proactive, hands-on approach with a 'can-do' attitude
3. Health & Safety knowledge and reporting of COSHH and RIDDOR incidents
4. Experience in customer service and commercial awareness
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
6. Good communication and IT skills
7. Able to undertake a high security background check
8. Flexible with working shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends
9. Access to own vehicle preferred due to rural location
This role is paying a salary of £40,000 on a permanent, full time basis.
