We are currently partnering with a well established accountancy practice based in Macclesfield in the appointment of a fluent polish speaking bookkeeper.
The business is seeking to appoint an Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will work autonomously and as part of the larger group finance function to ensure timely and accurate data processing, management information, payments and receipts and ad-hoc reporting.
Responsibilities are to ensure the safety and integrity of data processing for subsidiary accounts and ensure that local compliance reports, filings and payments are made.
1. Sales Ledger
2. Purchase Ledger
3. Nominal ledger
4. Cash forecasts
5. Management Accounts
6. SAP user preferred but training will be given
7. Audit Schedules
8. Local in country compliance filings.
9. Assist FD in maintaining records and preparing and presenting reports to executives, stakeholders and board members.
Experience and skills
10. Fluent polish speaker
11. Experience in a similar role.
12. Self-starter, driven and polite professional with strong communication skills.
13. Excellent excel skills and candidates should be confident in the use of SAP systems (training will be provided)
14. Ability to analyse complex data to provide simplified informative reporting.
