Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:00

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously via phone, email.
Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions. Utilise available resources and tools to resolve customer complaints.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products.
Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure that customers receive a smooth and seamless buying experience.
Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products that will benefit the customer.
Professional Communication: Exhibit a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style. Ensure that customers feel valued and respected throughout their interactions with the company.
