Higher Level Teaching Assistant (LRC) - Tenby Church in Wales VC School
Salary: Grade 6 - £27,269 - £30,060 pro rata
Grade 6 - £27,269 for 32 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £20,716.29 pro rata rising to 46.8 weeks, £23,335.23 pro rata per annum after 5 years' service.
The governing body wish to appoint a skilled and highly motivated practitioner to teach and to support teachers in our Learning Resource Centre classrooms. Our Learning Resource Centre is to be extended from 12 to 24 places. It is a complex needs unit for pupils with ASC, speech and language and behavioural and emotional needs. The successful candidate will join two teachers, one of whom is our school's Additional Learning Needs Coordinator, in working within the LRC at Tenby Primary School. He/ she will work with the ALNCo, headteacher and staff to ensure excellent learning and teaching in our Learning Resource Centre. Our school is based in the beautiful seaside town of Tenby, which offers an enviable setting in which to work and educate our pupils.
