Power Platform Developer (Mid-level) NOCN is seeking to recruit a Power Platform Developer to work on a permanent full-time basis at either our Sheffield office as part of NOCN's Digital Delivery and Improvement team. Purpose and Objectives: This is a mid-level experience role working between the junior and senior members of the team. You will have experience and willingness to drive the MI strategy forward providing training and support to members of the wider organisation. You will work with the Lead Power Platform Developer in the development of reporting strategies, reporting environment, analysis, communication and training enabling NOCN Group to effectively exploit developments and access, monitor and report effectively on its business objectives. You will be part of the ongoing development of NOCN systems. Drive change through identifying opportunities, defining requirements, working with delivery agents, testing changes, creating documentation, and delivering training. Key requirements and criteria: The successful candidate will meet the following ' must have ' criteria: Educated to Level 3 in Management Information, Leadership/Management, Systems Development or Data Warehousing. Or willingness to work towards. Educated to L2 in Literacy and Numeracy. Relevant experience in a similar role. Evidence of continuing professional development including: People and team management and leadership Management Information tools and techniques Data-warehousing tools and techniques Specific toolset training as required by role Experience working with PowerBi, Bold BI, Tableau or similar tools. Experience working with PowerAutomate and PowerApps or similar tools across a variety projects. Experience of business systems development and operations. Writing and testing guidance materials for Users. Producing statistical reports for internal use. MI and Data-warehouse tools and techniques desire to extend. Low code development tools desire to extend. SQL or willingness and ability to learn. ' Useful to have ' criteria: Current experience of working in a regulated education environment. Producing statistical reports for regulatory bodies. Business Continuity planning and implementation.
