Motus Commercials located in York is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:
Week 1: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

As a Customer Service Advisor at Motus Commercials in York, we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Main duties for our Customer Service Advisor are:
1. Providing exceptional customer service
2. Utilising various forms of communication for example in person, phone, or email to best handle the customer
3. Dealing with customer queries from acceptance to resolution
4. Exceeding customer expectations by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers.
5. Embracing all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Customer Service Advisors.
6. Maximising opportunities for labour and parts sales whilst offering customers good value for money
7. Promoting and upselling vehicle service and maintenance contracts
8. Attending manufacturer and dealer training courses to develop and grow skill sets
