By maintaining key crew support systems and procedures during the crew lifecycle the team managed by Senior Manager – crew planning, resource and logistics. Manager delivers operational performance increase and supports crew work-life balance. Maintaining a base waiting list based on transparent rules. Maintaining of the pilot database. Supporting Command Upgrade procedure. Supporting the Mentoring program. Oversight of holiday management for crew. Oversight on crew onboarding process. Coordination with Training department and Crew planning on entry trainings. Logistics for trainee pilots. Attrition monitoring, exit interviews. Initiating and implementing IT developments for improved processes in Crew Resources and/or cross functional crew related processes. Initiating cross functional projects to increase crew satisfaction and to improve operational performance.
