We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our CAMHS Community Eating Disorder Service, either at a Lead Nurse level or someone looking for career progression into this role. Location: Raglan House, Cowley (with work across other trust sites and community venues)
Service Overview: Our service provides a stepped-care model tailored to the needs of children, young people, and their families, offering support for those with a primary diagnosis of eating disorders and those with co-occurring mental health conditions. We offer a range of evidence-based treatments for eating disorders within the community setting.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical nursing care, directly or indirectly, for a minimum of 60% of your role.
* Take a lead role in the provision of evidence-based interventions for eating disorders across all age groups.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care for children, young people, and families.

Main duties of the job
Provide expert nursing care to patients on their caseload. Providing skilled assessment, treatment, supervision and consultation as part of the Eating Disorder service provision within Oxfordshire.
To lead on the oversight and delivery of both training and clinical supervision to the nursing workforce.
Take a lead on developing and maintaining safe co-working processes and transitions within physical health settings, such as the JR, Horton and Royal Berkshire hospitals.
Lead on supporting the development of the post 16 treatment pathway, including transition to adult Eating Disorder Services.
