Job Opportunity: Senior Property Manager – Residential & Commercial Property and Asset Management Location: Golders Green, North London Salary: £40 - £50k DOE We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing property management company, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Property Manager/Head of Property Management. Comprehensive Property and Operations Management Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant communications, lease administration, and maintenance coordination. Manage lease renewals, address tenant inquiries, and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations. Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop property management expertise and maintain high standards across the portfolio. 2. Financial Oversight & Coordination Act as the primary liaison with the outsourced accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial management, including bookkeeping, VAT submissions, and financial reporting. Oversee the integration and optimisation of financial software systems to support efficient operations. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with the accounting team to support financial transparency and accuracy. 3. Administrative & Resource Management Supervise a dedicated administrative resource, delegating tasks such as diary management, property compliance, and general office management. Ensure administrative support contributes to the efficiency and smooth running of daily operations. 4. Process Optimisation & Automation Lead initiatives to automate routine operational tasks, including invoice processing, payment authorisations, and financial reporting. Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance operational efficiency and performance across the business. 5. Effective Communication & Collaboration Maintain open communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and the CEO to provide regular updates on operational and financial matters. Establish and enforce communication protocols to ensure accountability and effective collaboration across all areas of the business. About You: We are seeking a candidate who is: Strategic and proactive, with a hands-on approach to operational and financial management. Experienced in property management (residential and/or commercial). Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a track record of process improvement and automation. An effective communicator and collaborator, capable of managing internal teams and external partners with professionalism and efficiency.
