Here at Beaufort House, we support up to 6 residents aged 35-83 who have a range of needs such as autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Our aim is to assist them within their daily lives to develop new life skills, achieve their ambitions and goals and for them to continue to be valued members of the community.

What you’ll be doing:
• Shifts will include days, evenings, sleep ins and waking nights. Will also require weekend and bank holiday working. Full flexibility is needed.
• You will work as part of a team, ensuring a safe and caring supportive environment is maintained, which meets the individual and group needs of the people that live with us.
• Supporting with activities within the service and supporting to access the community.
• The role will involve assisting with personal care, domestic support, preparing meals, updating our internal systems, reviewing care plans, risk assessments and monthly reports.

• All applicants must drive and hold a full manual drivers license due to service requirements.
