Your new opportunity
You will have leadership responsibility for all elements of the Council's Policy, Performance and Communication Team, and provide support for the Chief Executive and Executive Directors in the Council's cultural and corporate transformation to support current and future needs of the Council across a range of themes and areas.
This is a challenging key role that will give you the opportunity to lead people and performance and work corporately as well as collaboratively.
If you are a decisive and influential leader that can motivate services/teams in a challenging and changing environment and possess an excellent understanding of the political context at a local, regional and national level, then you could be an integral part of our leadership team.
