What you’ll be doing: Providing effective and efficient administrative support to the school office. Assisting with a range of support and development functions across the school. Providing a welcoming and efficient ‘Front of House’ role for the school. Provide an administrative support function for staff at the school. Act as Personal Assistant resource where needed to the school’s Senior Leadership Team. Complete administration tasks for specific development work incl completing and updating work planners, diaries, calenders etc. Minute taking for a variety of meetings. Administration and electronic communication and filing. Supporting internal governance functions. Provide administrative support to the SENCO, incl. attending Annual Reviews of EHCP’s and updating documents/records as required. Who you are: Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft office package. Able to self-direct and prioritise workload according to shifting demands. Significant experience in administration tasks. You will demonstrate a professional and independent approach with a warm and engaging manner.
